My $1599 iPhone order was lost by USA
It’s not the first time they lost my package. But this time I am outrageous because I got a $1599 bill in my credit card and USA ignored my emails several times. I created several tickets for this issue and they went back and forth with me for proof of purchase and delivery. I have them 3 times same information. I started to think they are making the most profit by stealing our packages. And I think it is highly possible that they make profits by not paying some packages randomly.

When you say "shipping directly" are you saying you've been shipping from your own home (or wherever) or you've had no problems getting your orders through retailers? I eventually did get an Amazon order through to then no problem but I've been seeing negative reports on Walmart and Best Buy despite them saying they have a separate address that works better for those two retailers. I hear Dell and Target are basically DOA if you attempt anything
On a separate note, has anyone ever shipped to TDB from home using a shipping label they provide? I requested a label from them and noticed it's going to an address in LA which isn't listed on their site and doesn't turn up much of anything that looks like it would belong to them when I google it. I'm sure it's fine since they sent it through the website, but it just seems odd |
they have an la warehouse, its just not used for drop shipping. Their discord is very busy and active if you have immediate questions or curious about info like that.

I think the buying groups probably work with each other. There's a deal on TDB that has dropoff locations in Flatbush, NY and Lakewood, NJ, indicating that they're probably helping PM out. All of TDBs shipping addresses are on the west coast. Also, they appear to use similar software for their websites.

I just started jumping into the MS game with TDB, spending 2-5K/month for the past 3 months. Luckily, I live in Oregon, so I'm able to ship to my house and do weekly drop-offs.
Those who either drop-off direct or ship to their house and then mail to the buyer, have you ever had your accounts suspended for "suspicious activity"? Nothing has happened (yet) and I keep everything to 1 account per retailer to not exceed limits but I'm surprised that amount of monthly spend isn't raising some eyebrows. |

Just a quick note that I had two bigger ticket items from two separate delivery services go "missing" to EMB within 10 days of each other. Since I'm at least 500 orders in to various BGs and only two ever went missing ... to the same group ... in a short period of time ... y'all see where I'm going with this?

Problem with EMB, anyone in the same boat?
All packages delivered after Dec.3rd not checked in. A little worried, never happened before

slow slow slow
waiting 8 days for PM to mark package as received (much less verified). Keep getting the "we are working overtime" message. Everybody else in the same boat?

If the BG does ACH into your checking account, lets say, 20k after they scanned the items. As mentioned by someone, this amount is not considered as income (if you earn 0 commission) but a reimbursement of the purchase price. Do you still have to report this amount with some IRS FORM when filing tax next year?
