Signing up to buy $1000 visa/mc gift cards
You can buy the $1000 cards on Simon's volume site. Their regular site only sells $500 cards.
If you're new, or haven't bought anything in a year, you need to register at https://www.simon.com/volume/register-consumer
As part of the registration process, you will have to go to a brick and mortar mall and buy at least $3000 in cards in person, as well as filling out some paperwork while there. After that, you can do everything online.
As of Nov 2020, Simon Mall Gift cards will only work for $99/swipe for money services at Walmart and many grocery chains.
$1000 gift cards are available indefinitely.

The last thing you want is for Rats to eye your account. This never leads to good outcomes. And you don't want to banned by Chase.
I would agree that not calling is in your best interest. I would also moderate your GC purchases for the time being and use the business card for other business related purchases.
Chase is a big player in the CC market and being banned by them does put limitations on MSing activity.

The basic advice to new card holders is to go slow and easy for a reasonable amount of time.

been visiting different SMs in the area to tease out the minimum amount of GCs one can purchase before they make you fill out the form. granted though its highly YMMV, it seems they might be moving towards making it mandatory for any purchase regardless i got form'ed on a 2 piece purchase ffs.

Senior moment: I usually purchase Simon GCs with a BofA card that gives 2.625% cash back after 75% preferred kicker. Are there any other cards that give higher unlimited cash back for Simon, outside any introductory period?

2.625% was the best I could find. EBates credit card will get a total of 4% on GiftCardMall.com, but those are $500 cards with $5.95 purchase fee.

I filled out a form waaaay back with my details and they just use that each time. They keep a binder of forms for regular customers and make copies as needed.
As an aside, its been interesting to see the list grow over the past 2yrs. The introduction of the 1k cards really drove turnover if number of regulars is anything to go by. there are problaby 4x the number of regulars now.

They now retain all your personal information in their computer system.
3K - 10K = MIL, (kept for 5 years DL only). same as last year.
10k+ - 25K = CTR (for which they need SSAN + DOB). Same as last year.
I like the new form, they really make it easy for us.

That's the new form as of this year for regular gamers who are "In their system".

Anyone have an answer to this? Maybe instead of 5, use 4 and $200 on a doublecash to cancel out the fees?
