Giftcardmall (and giftcards.com) now limit Visa loads to $250. No more $500 cards, Change happened sometime in 2020.
What portal is currently offering the highest payout for GCM?
Check cashbackmonitor and cashbackholic for current payouts. Be sure to review the T&C for GCM at each portal as some offer lower payouts for Visa GCs.
Amex gift cards cannot be used to buy Visa gift cards
VGC issued by metabank. Cards come activated.

Monthly Limit is 30K per GCM account for a revolving 30 days. Once you hit 15K, GCM will display a message on the screen letting you know you hit the limit.
Start out slow 1k and then another 1k - they will call to verify the card, and shipping address. Next order they will not call. Orders under 2k have free shipping.
If you get this error:
This transaction was not completed. The transaction was not submitted correctly, or has been declined by your card issuer. You can try again with a different card or review your payment information for any necessary corrections.
- A Few people report it is blocked for the day, try again the next day. MOST ppl report being permanently blocked. Or you entered a wrong 3-digit security number.
GCM recommends using the Chrome or Firefox browsers. Be sure you are not using an ad blocker and not disabling any cookie settings (3rd party, tracking, etc.) from the default or you may get this error.

Warning: Orders can be lost or stolen. Call to have the cards reissued or canceled. Orders usually arrive in 5-10 days.
Check your cc for pending or posted payments and call about your order if you are concerned it is taking a long time for delivery. Sometimes GCM was taking up to 2 weeks for delivery.

A few weeks ago I had one order cancelled 4-5 days later, then after 2 days of useless replies on trouble tickets, someone called me who sounded like a gig-worker in an apartment (wasn't a corporate number or call center), and said they were overwhelmed and couldn't "verify" all orders that day....whatever that means. Anyway, I still have the 1% cashback pending but had to do a new order.

aware of it, but don't want to have eyes on Visa/Mc accts for a single purch that large...

I was used to doing the 3 cards per order = $1500 to get the free "slow boat" shipping. Not exactly the most fast and scalable method, but it worked for my ability to liquidate.
The free shipping on any order size that was in effect recently was nice! Got to order a few extra cards per order, but didn't move the needle for me all that much.
For today's order, I just doubled my card count to 6 = $3000 and paid the $10.95 for semi-expedited shipping. Will see how that goes.
Not thrilled that my CPM cost just went up a good chunk, but then again - my local Simon Mall is not open for biz right now, so do we really have any other options?
I can still get out sized redemption value for the miles I am making, well above my new cost of about $0.006 per mi to make. It is just not as sweet as the game used to be.
Maybe they will revert back to the free slow boat shipping on small orders again, and I can settle back into my normal groove.

Still charging freight. I thought I’d try an order first thing Tuesday. They are still charging $1.99 per card on a $1,500 order.

the bad news: using a 2% card here with a portal nets you 90.00 on a 3k order MINUS the shipping =79.00 MINUS the 6.00 card fee =(6 cards at 6.00card fee) = 36.00 profit down to ZERO. actually 43.00 plus liquidation for MO fees. hardly worth it. If using a BOA cash rewards card you can switch the 3% cash back cat to drug stores and get the OV card for just 1 5.95 fee. No 1.99 shipping. best are the old amex. No body beats that. My days of GCM are finished. Not mentioning the time wasted in WM to liquidate for a 43.00 profit. (unless you hit WM at 8AM)
