Not sure about Premier, but Citi At&T Access More codes as misc. government services, but still gets 3x as for online payments. Don't think that Premier will give you 3x.

It worked for my AAA SoCal (Auto Club) insurance payment, once I figured out how to do electronically. I entered the address from my billing statement, which said ACSC (Auto Club of Southern California) in Santa Ana, CA, and it said that would have to be mailed, but suggested "AAA" at the exact same address for electronic payment, so I used that. I entered my policy number as well as the type of insurance and that it's a renewal in the comment field, and send it on a Sunday and it was marked Complete on a Tuesday and on Saturday the AAA Socal site said it had received that Friday.

FYI: While some other AAA divisions allow credit card payment for insurance, AAA SoCal doesn't, only bank accounts and debit cards, and even with Visa gift card debit cards their web site is throwing some fits lately about cookies. So switching to Plastiq just seemed easier.

I want to pay auto loan with my credit union using Plastiq. I have a CSR and FU. How do I come ahead or at least negate the fee ? At this time, if I pay with FU, I see I have at least 2.25% back (when I use with CSR to pay for travel) and lose 0.25%. Will paying auto loan code as 3x travel in CSR ?

I don't like to consider Business Class Travel, transferring to airlines or other hypothetical scenarios when I make this kind of calculations as I may or may not follow those paths.

Personally I'd not pay more than 1cent per UR. I'd never consider paying 1.6+ cents you're talking about here.

Given your situation, I wouldn't use Plastiq.

I don't see it on the wiki list - has anyone had Plastiq work with a mortgage from US Bank?

I'm also interested in finding out if the Citi cards get 3x, for travel. I'm going to call retention for my Prestige soon and I suspect I'll get a nice offer for travel.

Citi coded as misc. govt. services, while CSR coded as travel. Also waiting for Ink test results.
It's a tough decision now, since I have 1.75% rate locked for ATTAM, and the fact that there is also annual bonus of 10k points for it, so it may still be better than CSR, though I prefer UR points over TYPs.
Any update on the Ink payment? Did it code as travel and earn accordingly?

1. I start the payment around the 15th (due date the 1st) and I think it takes about 10 days or so for US Bank to actually get it. That way there is about 5 days of "wiggle" room for check to get to them.

2. I don't bank with US Bank. Just my mortgage is there so I don't have any checking issues to worry about.

One other thing, Plastiq has an address for US Bank mortgages. It is not the same address that my payment slip had on it. So I had to make sure I didn't use the pre-done setup that Plastiq had available.

Yes. With CSR. Inputed HOA as rent.

DP

Logged in to look again and it has now updated that it was deposited on May 18th. Thus normal time frame. It just did not update very quickly.

I don't bank with them either, but presumably before Plastiq you had them automatically deduct from your checking? Or did you actually write them a check each month?

I have it automatically deducted, so I was wondering if I should also disable that.
