Yes, the math shows I have to cancel but I'd like to know if anybody has already done it.

Read some reports on reddit that they didn't charge back, but who knows if it could take a few days.

Plastiq doesn't send out emails confirming the checks have been cashed/deposited right? Did a search, but the post was from 2016. Thanks.

ATT card earned 3X for mortgage payment posted on 06/01. Waiting to see more DPs for transactions posted after 6/03 to decide whether to cancel future scheduled payments.

As do I. I've had one check (out of many dozen) that Plastiq didn't mark as cashed, and when I talked to the payee (my neighbor...it was a HOA payment) he confirmed that he had indeed forgotten to cash it.

I also learned from that conversation that Plastiq prints a very aggressive void date on the check ("Void after 30 days"). However, that language basically has no impact, as banks are not required to pay any attention to it at all. As long as the payee cashes it within 6 months they should be fine.

Curious about Citi as well, all reports are for Chase cards.

I'm curious if the shutdown on CSR is for rent as well, I was just about to start that up this month, no sense if it's only 1x.

Yes, I am curious as well. I make my payments to a realty company for my rent. I'm not sure if that too would is now only one point when it used to be three.

I've never paid rent with Plastiq, but typically their "real estate" category contains a wide range of things, so I'd assume that rent codes similarly to mortgage and HOA payments. I definitely wouldn't pay with it at this point unless you're okay earning 1x points.
