I am guessing it will indeed only work once per account...since it's listed as a coupon and all. Every other offer (food/etc) I add on there usually only works once and is gone. I don't see how it would treat this any different...but we can hope!

Yes, actually it goes till Dec 8th. I can verify that it works as I tried it this morning. Can only buy 1 and get the no fee (at least for me). Got 4x fuel points. Fortunately, my DW has another Plus card

I also just found that there is a 0.55 off BillPay coupon with unlimited use if anyone is interested in that.

I went and used it at Kroger, and I had 3x $500 on the same purchase. It did not take it off for some reason.
Went to money center to buy my MOs and also asked about it, guy just reached into the register and gave me 6 bucks back after showing him the coupon.
Went to another Kroger and got another on along with 3x $500 and it took that time. Coupon was removed from my card after that.
