BP appears to be back up. I only have one payee on my BB, so I'm pretty sure that they can't screw it up.

On second thought, that sounds like a challenge...

You shut down BB while you had payments pending? Why would you do that? Its only like an extra day or 2 for it to complete payments. At least in my experiences its a 1 day turnaround assuming you initiate the payment during the day (9 AM - 5 PM PST).

Just checked all my Payees, and they look good. Not sure if that is because they fixed something and they are back to normal. I have 4 bill pays pending. If they go to the wrong payee, Amex will hear my yelling thats for sure.

All right. I did two BPs on Monday. One worked fine, and other ended up being paid to some other CC under my BB list. So I had to call for a check. At least. It was sent to my CC listed.

The BB site problems have irritated us all, but at least we're not trying to retrieve bitcoins before an exchange goes belly up!

When you did the BP on the 2nd card, did you verify the account number it was suppose to send to under the Bill Pay screen. If you click the pending progess it should reveal the account number. I always verify the account number its going to send to even though its a saved Payee. Especially with all the random bugs, I will definitely be checking it more closely.

Just got back from Bluebird and boy were things messed up. I used both Chrome and FF. I'd delete some accounts that were "cross accounted" and then tried to go to the other half that was "crossed accounted" and I couldn't even get into it to delete it. Got "experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later". I could go into the bill pay portion though.

I'd log in using Chrome as user 1 and it would be fine but if I logged in as user 2 it was messed up. If I logged using FF as user 1 it was messed up but logging in as user 2 it was fine. No consistency using a particular browser.

What a cluster.

If I'm able to make a payment, how do I determine if it is going to the proper account?

To add more fun anecdotes to this...

Did BP using one BB account. Looks fine, correct payment to Bank "A" (not Chase). Logged out.

Logged into BB with other BB account #2. Created and submitted BP to a Chase card. Noticed JUST AS I CLICKED SUBMIT that the payee had changed to Bank "A", as paid via other account.
Bank "A" is not even setup in account #2! It used a cookie or residual data on the site to link the second payment to the first payee. ...H!?

Ugh... now have to get family member to call them. :mad:

wasn't working earlier but I was just able to send 2 payments from 2 different bb's and everything worked fine.

I think it's working correctly if you use the app...

The website was great when the first launched it. I feel like it's gotten progressively worse.

I paid about $900 for credit card payment yesterday after it loaded after 3 long minutes. I checked full credit card number before confirming pay bill. After payment, I received auto email that you have scheduled bill pay to correct credit card account

However, in my transaction history, it shows now that the bill pay shows to another account- water- utility payment. I am not happy.

If I see my utility account credited tomorrow night instead of credit card payment I scheduled, I am going to delete all bill pay accounts and add only one at a time which I intend to pay everytime . This atleast will eliminate such errors due to their faulty database.

Have there been any problems with transferring BB funds to your checking account? I have a few thousand dollars effectively frozen in BB right now; there's no way I'm going to use their bill pay function today. If we don't get an "all clear" signal in a couple days, I'm thinking of just sending that money to my personal checking account to pay my bills.

I think I am going to avoid any BP on BB for at least another 24-48 hours until this crap gets resolved. I hope Amex is hearing an earful from consumers using BB and how the BP system is screwing up.

Another issue. Bill paid to another credit card account. It paid correctly- money taken out of BB account and in few seconds the bill pay rejected and entry reversed.

Luckily got back money instantly.

I am going hold back till first week of the month heavy load on bill pay subsides and then schedule from next Monday.
