BB CSR says website isn't working because I'm using Firefox. She says BB only works with IE or Chrome. So I went accessed the site using IE; still nothing happens when i click on Pay a Bill. Four hours and counting today trying to use this POS.

I have a payment that needs to get sent today to post on time. Now, I'm unsure if I want to send it. One of my payments did go to the right place, and one did not. Luckily, it was only a 1k payment. I'm going to wait until a bit later today to send a payment. I'm really disappointed in Amex for their inability to have a working website. It's stunk for several months now. At least the mobile app worked before...

On the plus side, at least somebody appears to know that there is a problem.

This has to be the biggest blunder I've ever witnessed from a financial institution. I have to think the CFPB and OCC will be all over this.
Made a $4,000 payment to Citi. It shows as CITIBANK CREDIT CARD under transaction history. Even shows a payment submitted to them under payment summary. But when I click on that payee's settings it's to a mortgage company that isn't mine or even in my list of payees. This could be a long journey to getting my money back. Bluebird should take the site down until they can get it fixed. |

This is the first that I have heard of BB paying someone else's payee. This is really nuts. I feel lucky I only had one of my other payee's paid. Bad enough but at least it was my own account mistakenly paid.

Crap, now you guys have me worried, I just shut down my BB to switch to Serve and have some payments pending. Didn't check to see if info was correct before shutting it down... I guess I'll just wait and see...

Oh shoot, I just paid 1k to citibank credit cards via BB app. Need to check if it goes to the right account.
