I had issues setting up my student loan payments, but I finally found the correct zip code from the loan company and everything has been smooth!
I feel the speculation you mention in the title is a little dramatic, don't you think? There have been BP issues for the past few weeks as discussed in other threads. |

Little dramatic,maybe. But then again, I had the mechanical problem, called Bluebird and two different employees gave me the same line--no more p.o. Boxes for remittance addresses. For me, that makes Bluebird useless.

In all the cases of bp going to the wrong payee, the payments are going to the bb accountholders accounts, right? In other words, you scheduled a payment to your chase cc account, but it went to your citibank cc account, but still your account?
Did anybody have any payment go to somebody else's account? If there's only one payee, there's no issues with bill pay? Bill pay seems to be down at the moment, it says "technical difficulties". -David |

This has been going on for months. Try removing the . After the P and the O. I have also been able to remove the word box and just use PO.

The payment that was scheduled on March 8 still has not shown up on my Barclays card. It hasn't shown up on any of my other cards either. Talked to BB and they said payments have been delayed :confused:. My options are to wait and see if it miraculously shows up or file a dispute. Takes up to 45 days... Is there any way I can speak to someone in the US? Yes, I know its a long shot but thought I'd ask.
Seems like most others located their money...has anybody had to file a dispute? |

Use Smart Phone App to pay with Bluebird
I had the same problem 5 days ago. I just used my iPhone App to pay with Bluebird - no problem.
For some reason, the iPhone App is more stable and easier to use than the web site - go figure. Set up pay accounts with the web site, pay with the App. |
When I log in to BB, all options are gone now. No option for BP, add funds, subaccounts, not even the log out button. Nothing at all. YOu guys getting the same thing?

Relax. BB is the most effed up site I've seen in a long, long time but it's because the maintenance appears to have been contracted out to the lowest bidder... probably Deloitte & Touche. :D It all works out eventually.
