I sent a billpay on March 25 from bluebird to this card and the other citi card for $1500 total. Delivery date should have been on March 26 and Citi has not got the payments yet. I can see the activity on the main Bluebird page but when I looked at the specific card for billpay activities, those payments did not show up. Something must have been wrong! I am nervous. I sent another payment to this card from DH's bluebird with the same delivery day and that payment already got posted on Citi. I called Citi yesterday and the CSR told me that they would investigate it. Anyone has have the same experience? TIA.
Edit: After reading some previous posts, I found out that one of the payments was sent to a closed Chase account. Gzzzz. The other payment was sent my closed Amex APG account. Gzzz. |
So about two months ago BB sent a payment to my mortgage company instead of the credit card I was attempting to pay. I contacted them to notify them of their mistake and they ended up crediting my account for the payment amount while they investigate and try to reverse the funds from my lender. Knowing full well that they wouldn't be able to get the funds back I've left that credited money in my account untouched. Well, like I said its been about two months now and that money is still just sitting there. Anybody else had this "problem"? I assume eventually they'll take it back, but who knows.... maybe I scored the winning "bank error in your favor" monopoly card? :D
