Would someone please remind me on this, as I rarely withdraw cash with BB...
When it asks which type of account, do you pick "checking" or "credit card?"
I can not recall, and have no desire to play around with this at overseas ATM's.

When I was in Thailand in Feb all the ATMs charged an equivalent of about $4.50 for the fee, There's a thread on this somewhere. I ended up using an exchange and it was a very good rate. YMMV

Just called BB and one representative said to use BB as Credit for ATM in Japan and other representative later said use only as Debit with Pin. Go figure ...
Withdrawal limits: - $750/day and $2000/month
Card can be used at those banks in Japan:
Cafis , Japan Credit Bureau, MPT Network

Another datapoint: used the BB at several ATMs in Northern Italy with no problems. Encountered one ATM that wouldn't accept the card, though. The only thing I was charged was a $2 fee for the transaction at the ATMs where I was able to take out cash.
