There are various gift cards that can be electronically submitted to PlasticJungle, Lowe's and Home Depot, are like that.
Remember, while PJ can take your card digitally and allows you to print the card as if it's a regular egift card, they are still a third party site. The GC# stays the same until someone else buys it and uses it.
If you were to use the card that you've previously sold, you will likely be blacklisted.
Sites like ABC Gift Card and Cardpool explicitly make you sign a contract saying you give up all rights to use that card after they pay you.
