So if I bought 3k at 4pm for example I can't buy anymore for 24 hours? Does it reset at midnight or do I have to wait until 4pm? I can't buy 2k more?

Only a couple of people said that, if I recall correctly. Most took it as real and were tolling the funeral bells immediately. Me, I'm waiting for March 31 to see what happens.
Or possibly the programmer will say, "Hey, those aren't reloadable debit cards!" and not include VRs in the programming. This seems like a real reach. We'll know soon enough, but I wouldn't hold out hope. |

I don't think it's regional. The person that wrote the memo is the CVS corporate category manager responsible for prepaid products. His Angelist profile lists his duties as;

I verified at a CVS that the Item #904509 is for the VR as listed in the memo when I was buying my 5K of VRs.

That is one interesting aspect...which "770" number do you dial? A missing area code is suspect.

Update: If you Google "401" plus the phone number on the memo, the top result is listing of contacts in the merchandising department. The author's area of responsibility and phone number match the memo. |

I had the same system when I worked for a nationwide law firm. We had local numbers that the public could call into, but when we called out, it was through the same network and we never had to use area codes. |
