Is it an amount thing or an AA Citi thing?
PS Isn't the X3 miles deal on Citi limited to a bonus of 2500 miles? Three VR purchases with a Citi card will put you over the limit. |
OK, enough of the name calling and attempted intimidation. FT is all about sharing information. If you choose not to share that is fine. But don't try to control other people's posting choices.

This is not something that people should be doing, especially with the risk of a SAR (suspicious activity report) at local banks. I'll pass...
Plus you risk having thousands of dollars tied up in these accounts, if you can't float the funds for a few months you are just asking for trouble. Be conservative slow and steady wins the race. Feel Free to PM me with Questions or to Bounce off Ideas. |

Paypal refill cards bought w/CC?
While buying my VR's to hit my minimum spend I've noticed the Paypal Cards. I couldn't see any T&C's on the back about if they accept CC for purchase. Any experience from the group? That would speed up my minimum spend w/another avenue...Thanks!;)

The cards are meant to fund the Paypal account. I assume you're indicating the quick funding & quick withdrawal of funds is what will cause issues. What's the guidline on amount of time they want funds in the account? Also, do retailers (CVS) accept CC's for Paypal card?

This is kinda strange, but I just paid the second installment of my property taxes with a permanent MVD card last week. The transactions have moved from "pending" to posted, and I didn't get charged the PIN transaction fee.
I guess the smart thing to do would be to move my funds off with a MO and save my $1 ;) |
so it seems like most of these thread is about the PP cash card.
I had a question about using paypal the old fashioned way. I need to meet a spend as soon as possible. Can I just send my brother 3k as "money owed"? I'm ok with paying the fee. My sending limit is listed as "lifted" Is it a bad idea to do it this way? |

If you're willing to pay the fee, I think PayPal would be happy to take it.
That being said, all this information is in the thread below, give er a read. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/manuf...er-thread.html |
