LH2466 MUC-HEL, 06AUG, Booked initially in Q, got upgraded during my connection in MUC to C due to oversold economy. Very bumpy flight, fasten seat belts sign on for 1h45min (the flight was 2 hours !).
Minimal cabin service due to these conditions but friendly and nice FA.

BTW I'm not sure how long this service has been around, but there was a Swiss Business Bus waiting for us on the apron. Felt almost like limo pick-up for HONs.
Saved us quite some time.

Do you ever have to chase down the miles and status miles on these LH and LX op-ups? Can be a problem on other airlines where they seem to treat it like an award ticket bucket.
