Like I said I have steel X-20's and am extremely happy with them. My friend who plays scratch swears by Taylor made. Not sure what model his is. Will drop him a email to ask. You got to check out his drive, hits the edge of most Par 4's.

Do you play with Steel or Graphite?

bank's buy rates closed at around 51.75 today, and i just remitted money - should have done so a couple of days earlier

sadly i purchased a $ demoninated BA ticket using my indian CC.... rate was around 50 then but BA has still not settled the txn - i dont see the debit on my CC account so i am hoping that the transaction doesnt hit at this high rate

Goodness, I have been waiting for a few months for a better exchange rate to transfer some INR to USD. I´m guessing its better to cut my losses and do it now. Is this something the Ind Govt wants?

The govt / rbi does not really intervene as much as it used to in 90s, the rbi will intervene on some days to prevent wild fluctuations (i guess to control speculation) but on the whole they let market forces dictate. Having said that the rupee has moved in a relatively narrow band until recently

Gentlemen of wisdom,
Can someone confirm if all SQ fares can earn UA/CO miles? or only the higher category Y fares.
What airlines SIN-India lets you earn *A EQM, apart from Thai and SQ.

Thanks

Air China, All Nippon and Asiana are the other airlines.

As for SQ, watch out for the flight being operated by SilkAir. If the flight is operated by SilkAir, you will not recieve miles or status recognition.
The question about earning on UACO should be on the Mileage Plus board.

You can, you'll just have to be creative about it.

Need suggestions for 4 hours in Delhi

Hi guys, couldn't think of a better place to ask then this. I have senior management touring the country right now. They head back tomorrow and have around 4-5 hours from around 6PM in N. Delhi. Any suggestions on what tourist site etc. will be open around then (foreigner-friendly) and a good place around that to take them for a dinner? Thanks for suggestions!
