That's where it gets complicated.. offer tickets at throwaway prices and you can't pay the bills, if you don't seats go empty and you still can't pay bills.

I bet you VM must be wishing he hadn't taken this gamble.

What a double-edged sword!

So what did they do then? Rebook on other carriers or keep pax for the extra day?

I had a strange experience when calling IT last week. I didn't know the PNR of my resv and the agent almost refused to give any info about my flight. When I suggested that he find my data using flight#, dt of flight, and name, he said he would try, but it would take time and be difficult. He did indeed take quite some time. Are IT agents like this normally?

they are hesitant to give info if you don't have your pnr....but normally they do so with some basic info like your frequent flyer number, date of birth, registered email & phone number, etc....

I am trying to access the Air Boutique ONLINE on King club. But it always shows "The website is under maintanance. Please try again after sometime."

Do you guys think that this may open up anytime soon, so that I can use my miles?

I was excited at IT when they first started. Sad to see it fall like this.

I looked at the IT site for bag policies. It says one can take 20 kg within India. But there is no specification on number of bags. Two per person will be accepted right?
