- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

90k avios posted on IB+ for which I am much obliged, however so far, impossible to move out of Iberia + to BA
First try was directly via BA website - could only transfer the other way (IB to BA)
Have tried several times on avios.com with the aim of IB+ to Avios.com to BA however so far each attempt unsuccessful. 'Combine my Avios is currently unavailable'
Has anyone had any success yet?

Got 2x 90k for mine and my gf's account, which both had had some activity prior (non-zero balance).
My family's accounts haven't received any Avios so far, neither old nor new accounts. None of them had any activity before the promotion.
The new accounts had been locked, but we unlocked them by resetting the PIN (and also submitted the form just in case).

Why you guys feel obliged to try to play with the rules of the game every and single time?
Because of this kind of behaviour (not to mention the dog and cat get an avios account) they have to do police style manual stuffs.
Play the game based on T&C and stop to be greedy. Seriously...

Account created May 1st. Points posted today. Booked LAX-MAD biz for 42.5k + $110, LAX-OGG for 28k RT on AA. Glad this promo worked out.

By the way, we tried topping of my gf's IB account from her BA account (transferring all her remaining BA Avios).
This failed and we were asked to call BA.
The BA agent says there is an error, even when he tries to transfer the Avios for us. I wonder if they have temporarily suspended all transfers between BA and IB?

Nope, didn't send any form or passport info. I clicked Forgot your PIN on the app and got an email with new PIN, used it to log-in on my computer and reset the password.
