- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

The "in" is which city you are in when signing. Is a normal part of the signing process in some European countries (for reasons which I don't comprehend). Even cheques have an "in" field here in France.

Haven't followed closely all the reports rolling in. Sorry if a repeat, but adding some country data.
Old account. Bought on Spain version of website, but in a country outside the country list that appeared later. 3 with no VPN before list appeared, 3 with VPN after list appeared. All points posted.

anyone successfully retrieved their deleted account? i think there're two kinds of errors after trying to log in...one meaning account got blocked which you could download a form and email iberia to get it unblocked and the other shows that iberia plus number is invalid...mine is the second...want to know if anyone has gotten back their account and pray that bonus avios will be posted soon...

Just FYI:
I have flown Iberia several times before and got an old IB- account.
I bought only 1 ticket ARN-MAD on the 23 that says "issued in Spain" (no Swedish website)
Got no avios posted yet 9 days after booking.
Avalibility on the flights with LAN that I want to book with thoose points is still there (seen on both IB and BA).
*GOING TO THE KITCHEN MAKING MORE POPCORN*

Booked tickets on 6/22 and no points yet. New account that pin was not working, got new pin from Iberia App. Unclear if there is anything I should do or just wait. Has anyone who had an unaccessable new account, received a new pin, already received their points?
