- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

The city of Santanders social care department will put up a camping-style accommondation near the airport so you could have a rest between flights. And some kind ladies in the local charity organisations will have a 24/7 open soup kitchen. Atleast something for free when we not gets the 9000 promo avios/flight from IB! 😄😄😄

Thanks for the update guys; soon as I saw my points in, I called Iberia and booked an Avianca flight that would have cost me £790 for three people for just £120 of SDR-MAD promo tickets and £258 of taxes. One very happy camper over here.

Totally get that they need to weed out scammers and fake accounts, but those with new accounts shouldn't need to get screwed as a result. The verification process should have started days ago so that the postings could have happened uniformly, with scammers already weeded out.

I was able to reset my account through the App, and my Wife's using email. Both accounts are unlocked, but have a balance of 0. We opened these just for the promo, so perhaps they have not yet posted. Will post back if anything changes.

I have respected the T&C and have paid hard earn money for those tickets.
They don't care but I can tell you, I will not fly with them soon.
The way they manage it is immoral, not fair and does not respect any European law about privacy and consumers protection.
When calling them I feel like I'm a pain... but sorry, nobody forced you to create such a silly promotion.

Its not accessing the account that is the issue. It still needs to be validated by sending in your passport to confirm identity. Until it is validated, I'm sure you won't see any bonus points, even though you found a backdoor way into your account.

I remembered them that I'm a potentiel customer spending his life (100+ segments a year) in planes and that regarding the way they treat me (even if flying with them tomorrow, points are not posted till situation solved, accounts are blocked) they will never see me in their planes... same with BA, but this is a long time ago decision ))))

of course, they don't care about the Pin, it's a technical bug. They care about the private informations (passport)
