Then tried a different browser that doesn't have a Hyatt cookie (because I had never used it with the hyatt website), and log-in there works. Don't have time right now to futz around with clearing cookies on my primary browser, but maybe the workaround helps you. |
Absolutely messed up today. Had to login at least 5 times to access "My Promotional Awards". Honestly, the website and inconsistent points crediting are the worst things about Hyatt.

Not having any problems here...But agree with inconsistent crediting being frustrating. That said, you can usually get them to credit points very quickly with a quick call.

They are doing few updates today. The website would not even let me log in. A call to GP CS to apply a Diamond suite upgrade to an existing reservation took 18 minutes and a call to make an NBT reservation took almost 7 minutes. Definitely not a typical day.

Yes, the site is driving me nuts today. I can't even check rates.
They need to do like SPG and offer bonus points when the site is down. I'd have like a million more points in my account! |
I cannot check rates at all for the past 2 days -- each time (except once) I try I get an error page. The one time I got the rates to show, when I clicked on anything, I got the error page thereafter. Grrrr......
|
I can't get into my account half the time. I called SG CS # and HR Delhi and both said to call back as their systems are down. This is ongoing for about 24 hours.
|
I cant even search rates........

Can't check NYC rates
Looking for rates in NYC. System takes information and then goes to the "searching" splash screen. After 15 seconds or so, it returns to the original data entry screen with all of the values I entered cleared out. No error messages, nothing. If I re-enter the info, the same thing happens. I've tried changing dates, rate type, number of adults, rate code, etc...

I've been having problems using Firefox for a couple of days - but now able to get in via IE (which was a problem before). I really wish that they would solve this problem once and for all.

Google Chrome is working fine for me. When it doesn't work, this is what I do:
- Go to Goldpassport.com - Navigate to My Account -> My Profile Then it will say you need to be a goldpassport member to access your profile, you log in and it's now working site wide. I found this way of logging in, while inconvenient, to be very reliable in FF/ IE/ GC! |
