FYI - For anyone who's account has been down this last week, it seems to be working now (at least I'm now able to login again for the first time in over 7 days).

Now I can get on the site--however it won't take me to my stays page.

What does it do when it won't let you sign in? Does it just hang or do you get a specific error?

My account didn't work for about 7 days (hanging on logon and getting gateway timeout errors), but it's finally working again now, and is working just fine for me this morning.

I click on Gold Passport then enter my password--- click on sign in---and nothing happens---no message---nothing---no response.

Try logging out completely first by clicking on "I am not [your name]" then logging in from scratch using your username and password. You may have to click the "I am not [your name]" link twice for it to log you out.

When i try to logon and it has saved my username, I get the same problem as you (it gets some javascript error).

But if i logout completely first, then logon works fine for me.

no Andaz hotels on GP's past stay credit request page?
 

GP website saying pick the hotel you stayed at and there is no Andaz WH, even when selecting West Hollywood, CA...this is for missing past stay credit...guess it will take a call to GP.:confused:

Anyone having problems with the gp website?
 

Just tried to log on to the Gold Points website and cannot get anywhere. Is there issues going on? OR is it just my computer:cool:
