They just brought this crap to a new level - the info stored in my profile (address and phone #) are no longer automatically populated when making reservations!!! Only name/GP #/email get populated. Started from yesterday, I had to re-type my address and phone # for every reservations. What a pain when doing 20 reservations. I have been trying for two days now and gave up. I booked all the reservations with SPG.
Hyatt, pls fix your web site before loosing more customers/revenues.
