I've been able to log in today, but making reservations is really an ordeal... I keep getting error messages instead of confirmations. It has taken several attempts on two different reservations... although I was ultimately successful on both. Something is definitely amiss!

Have the same issue the whole weekend.

Knocking on woods, but I just made 2 reservations for stay later this week. And it seems back to normal now.

The username or Hyatt Gold Passport account number you entered is invalid. Please check it and try again.

Why they cannot fix this piece of crap?

I never had any trouble until just a couple weeks ago, and then it just wouldn't work and wouldn't stick when corrected.

I've given up on the username thing and just sign in with my HGP account number. :rolleyes:

I had this same problem, then I went into my profile and realized that my username had been removed and the username box was blank. I added it back in and now it works like a charm.

Edit: Then it just disappeared again, so maybe now I'm understanding the eye roll.

Rather amateurish setup -- Java stack trace should never be exposed to the end user.

Happens all the time if I didn't know any better I would say Hyatt outsourced the IT dept to a third world country
I got a good laugh when a colleague said *ornography sites manage their websites better than Hyatt.Probably very true :(

The stack trace comes up all the time -- when you are timed out of the session. Back to hyatt.com, retry :)

We have found an issue where a small number of users were accidentally "locked" due to a database interaction issue. We have reset these users and are working to fix the underlying problem. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused effected users.

If you print the above out on paper it makes some really nice gift wrapping for IT folks for the upcoming holidays ;)

I had this problem yesterday too and had to call as I couldn't see reservation information (revenue vs award) once I clicked on individual reservations.Its unnerving when you are about to travel overseas and perhaps face volcanic ashes or ??? and have no easy access to the Hyatt toll free numbers as you do in the US.Some hotels overseas can charge an enormous amount for calling out frequently 5 dollar minimum just to call out.

Why is it not letting me log onto HGP? Is it because I hit always be logged on on another computer?
