It looks like you will need to log in with your GP # and add your used id to your profile. It's happened to me a couple of times.

The weird thing is that it won't let me recreate my user name. I enter it, hit submit, and the field for the user name goes blank and I get the message "Please confirm your username." Very, very annoying, but on the upside I have almost memorized my membership number. :)

I have NOT been able to log in with my user name. I used my number to log in and add my user name a few times, but when I logged out and tried to log back in, the user name didn't work and when I logged in using my number, the user name field is blank again. :rolleyes:

When I modified my reservation, it took the GP # off my reservation. Had to call to get it re-added.

Tonight Hyatt.com doesn't even exist one can not even go the landing page
Just booked my reservation at SPG.com for this weekend Absolutely pathetic now back up and of course one can't log in and no email confirmations of bookings next month that was supposed to be sent This is exactly why I booked at SPG.Totally unacceptable :td: |

I can't remember ever a hotel company losing control over its web operations over such an extended period of time.Hyatt really needs to do something about it before it goes mainstream public through media/social media channels and the like.
Its simply sad in this day an age that Hyatt has failed and appears unable to consistently manage a reasonably consistent functioning web site. |
I have been able to get on to hyatt.com but I have been unable to access www.goldpassport.com for 4 hours now.

I too haven't been able to login to either hyatt or goldpassport all day so you're not the only one.
