Hello, everyone—FT Newbie here. Currently staying at the PH Washington and can confirm they've switched to Le Labo "Bergamote 22" soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Though it's not a PH exclusive scent, the products do say "For: Park Hyatt Washington D.C." on them. There are also eucalyptus bath salts in a cute ceramic jar by the bathtub.
Blaise Mautin had a certain charm, but I like the modern, elegant, and yet uncomplicated smell of these Le Labo products. I also think Le Labo's packaging fits better with the PH Washington's Tony Chi interiors.

Blaise Mautin
Do folks actually miss the Blaise Mautin branded toiletries? They were in my opinion, the worst part of the Park Hyatt experience. If anyone is interested, my friend is selling 60 nights + worth of Blaise Mautin toiletries.

given "the worst part of Park Hyatt" claim i would expect him to give the toiletries away or donate rather than selling (and why would anyone take home "the worst part" to begin with?)...

I think PH Sydney has switched to Aesop products as well (same as Tokyo and Seoul), as least as of last month. I did see their Sweet Fig & Olive toiletries in their "hospitality suite" setup (eg a place to shower/rest if your room isn't ready yet).
I actually like Aesop toiletries the best, mostly because the quality of the products.

I know it's not a PH, but I really liked the fragrance at the Grand Champions. I thought it was lime. Grabbed some. Put some in son's backpack. Got home and saw that it's "eucalyptus". I hope they don't try lime...

I agree. I personally never liked the Blaise Mautin fragrances. Although I've never been to the PH Seoul or PH Tokyo, I heard they give Aesop toiletries. I would much rather have those than Blaise Mautin.

Park Hyatt Toronto also now uses Le Labo. They are transitioning from Davies Gate which seemed to confuse shampoo and body wash ingredients for food (Quinoa shampoo....)
