I think PH Sydney has switched to Aesop products as well (same as Tokyo and Seoul), as least as of last month. I did see their Sweet Fig & Olive toiletries in their "hospitality suite" setup (eg a place to shower/rest if your room isn't ready yet).
I actually like Aesop toiletries the best, mostly because the quality of the products.
PH Sydney now using
[comfort zone] spa ritual products, at least in the non-suites. IIRC I also got these at the PH Shanghai last year, or maybe it was GH Melbourne?
