Still not working for me. That is, the Hyatt dot com site. The World dot Hyatt dot com site works fine. Except when you try to login. Because doing so switches over to the Hyatt dot com page. They have to be aware of this problem, right? Because there should be a drop-off in online bookings for them.

Can't seem to make reservations on app or website. All the hotels that come up said "Please contact hotel for more information: +1 410 859 3366". Is been like this for at least an hour.

I had this on the app last night. Was able to book on the website on my laptop though.

Have experienced this at various times over the past week. On the desktop website, updating the search results without changing any parameters seems to fix the issue for me.

Searches on the website return displays showing all hotels unavailable. You see the map and the list of hotels, but all show no availability.

I can't believe it has been going on for over 6 hours. the phone must be off the hook for the agents.

I mean it's not like they rely on people making reservations in order to earn revenue or anything...

Looks like it's back to normal, though didn't try to actually book anything.

It says for maintenance, but usually for planned maintenance they send out some notification.

I've never seen a notification - you mean an email saying the website would be down? They'd send that to every WoH member?

That would be a LOT of emails.
