Following up to say that it is still not working on my laptop in Safari, the browser I usually (but maybe I shouldn't) use. However, I just signed in on Chrome and it's working fine there.

No longer works for me I pad or desk top but can access from I phone :confused::rolleyes::(

Down again. I can access on iPhone but when you try to actually book, nothing. I called to make the reservation and they're down too "if you want to book via WOH". Try again later. About the fifth time in a week I've experienced no access.

The website is still down!

The app on the iPhone "works" but displays the message "We are unable to retrieve your latest account information" :(

I had a reservation seemingly go through via the iOS app after erroring out several times at various points in the booking process (I was only able to hit book once).... Now 7 duplicates of the reservation, all with different confirmation numbers, are showing up in the app. I haven't received a single email confirmation yet, so we'll see how the dust settles. :rolleyes:

Perhaps, they needed a full outage for multiple hours to make the Brand Explorer checklist work again?

I had 5 duplicates, received emails later in the day yesterday, so I had to cancel each one. Bonus Journeys, for me, was fixed last time the system was down. Fixed as in missing check marks for several brands I've stayed at reappearing again.

I cancelled an award stay for 2025 on the app, it took forever, so I assumed it didn't go through. I went to my mail and the cancelation was there, the 48K in points, however, have not been restored to my account. That is usually instanteous.

Things are back up and running (at least for me) and I was able to book a couple of stays that I need, and I am able check everything about my WoH account.

Just tried this morning...not working on my end. Can't imagine how much revenue this has cost them.
