Came back for me this morning after easily a week down
Hyatt told me all week it was my computer that their website was just fine 🙄
When I called the globalist line to book last night I was shocked to get what sounded like overseas agents struggling with English dogs barking etc who knew nothing about World of Hyatt clueless to the world 🌎
Hyatt what is happening to you? Is Hyatt becoming another IHG?😩🙈

I changed, booked, and cancelled several reservations successfully last night.

down since yesterday

Since yesterday I have been unable to access Hyatt via Firefox or Chrome. I was successful using MS Edge.

Update: I was able to get to Hyatt.com on Google Chrome and Firefox by clearing cache for the site.

Ditto for me. App, phone, and laptop.

It's not cookies, down again, including app. Reps can't access. Told to "try again ahhhhhhhh later". Robotic person with script answer: due to upgrade. Worked earlier today.

I had just finished booking a 7 night points reservation in California for this summer and was trying to do some searches for upcoming international travel.when the search screen in the app stopped working. Searching throws an error that says, “We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.”

My currently booked reservations are still showing as upcoming stays in the app. Here’s hoping everything looks as it should in the morning.

The website and the app were down and not working for me for a couple of hours. But both are working again, and I was able to book what I needed

This is funny because I kept hearing rooster's in the background of my call.
