I was checking Vegas as well. I do seem to be able to work around it by starting elsewhere and just moving the map, but it's weird for it to be throwing these errors.

Wouldn't work on any platform for any search last night... now works this morning for some destinations if you scroll the map, but just for kicks, tried Vegas and it doesn't work at all for some reason. What a bizarre glitch.

Anyone else having issues with the Hyatt web site? The introduction of AI on the landing screen may be the culprit. Now when I go to Hyatt.com I get routed to www.hyatt.com/loyalty/en-US , which does NOT include the ability to log in. Once I fumble around and get logged in and search, it is slow and error prone.

Yes.

I'm not sure, but I believe I reloaded the landing page, and then it presented the login controls.

It does seem like someone wanted to make an improvement and rolled it out without testing. It makes me think there is a bonus based on implementation and not on functionality.

Tried again this morning...the new page came up with a Log In box at least... guess we'll see.

I wonder if that's because you didn't clear the cache. I tried again this morning and had the same result I had yesterday, but I had cleared the cache. It would be funny, in a perverse way, if a website problem was caused by clearing the cache and solved by not clearing the cache.

I did not clear anything, but at least now I get a reasonable landing page I can log into. The new page does NOT pre-prompt for my corporate/group code. If they are gung ho to use AI, they should be able to artificially figure out that I always book for 2 and not 1, and that I log in with my ID rather than my email address., and I use a group code. It is annoying have to enter the same info each login/search.

Excuse us while we do a little housekeeping.

Hyatt.com and other related sites are currently down for maintenance. Please come back soon.

My CC bonus points are 3 days beyond when they normally show up in the account each month. I'm frustratingly just 1k points short to book my next stay and wanted to avoid transferring with the varied time it takes to post.

Edit: Site back up and CC bonus points are in the account
