Looks like I am 1.5 hours behind you. Mine is working on mobile and desktop.
|
Can confirm, all appears to be working again.
|
Everything seems to be back online, but I'm experiencing issues - yet again - with booking Mr & Mrs Smith hotels through the app and website as clicking to view available rates is opening up an error page with no results whatsoever, but clicking on a Hyatt-branded hotel goes through without issue.
It's amazing how MMS continues to pose so many issues with booking six months after the integration, when you think all of these niggles would have been snagged and rectified by now. khabah |
website issue?
I am unable to bring up hyatt.com via Google Chrome as of yesterday afternoon. However, no problem via Firefox.
Is anybody else having the same issue with Chrome? |
I was just able to pull it up. Didn't try to sign in, but could get hyatt.com to load.
|
It's working now. Must have been a temporary glitch for me.

Hyatt.com Down?
I’ve tried multiple browsers, no go. App works. Is it just me?
|
Working fine here.
You got a VPN on or incorrect time/date on your device? |
In the past week or two, the web site worked fine for a while and then returned a blank page. Restarting my browser solved the problem at least once. Yesterday, when I wasn't in a hurry, I decided to see if the problem would time out and left the tab open. Today, refreshing the tab still returned a blank page; closing the tab and revisiting hyatt.com in a fresh tab resulted in a blank page. I'm using Firefox 133.0 (aarch64) on a MacBook Air M1running macOS Big Sur 11.7.10, but it really feels like a Hyatt issue. (Off-topic, does anyone know what "aarch64" following the Firefox version number means?)

yeah, it’s still not working for me. Frustrating that I can’t browse except for the app.

website on my browsers is unreachable since 2pm today. Tried Microsoft Edge in addition to Chrome - nothing, not even if you use incognito tab. App does work. Anyone else having problems?
|
Has anyone been having issues with the Hyatt app? Previously I was logged in but none of my account details / upcoming stays were showing. I logged out but now can't log back in it says "authentication error", deleting and reinstalling the app didn't help....
|
Not with the app, but I was having problems with the website today and had to switch browser (from Chrome to Firefox) in order to log in.
|
Website doesn't update reservations. Newly booked reservations don't show up and cancelled reservations don't go away.
