I glanced through all the replies and didn't see anyone comparing this promo to their promos of the past where 2-stays equated to a free-night. I used those free nights at a hotel that required 18k points per night (or was it 15k back then?). That was the best promo. Now with this new promo, I have to essentially stay 12 times to pull off the same 18k bonus points. That feels very diluted and doesn't really excite me. I'm trying to understand why others are so excited about this promo. What am I missing? Thanks!

Studio and studio parlor at Vdara are not suites, classic king and Atelier at Nomad are not suites, even signature's deluxe suite are not suite neither but just the layout similar to Hyatt place !!!
The only all suite hotel with MGM is Delano, even their basic room is a 2 rooms suite

Well Vdara advertises itself as all suites. Some rooms may not have a separate living and bedroom, but a lot of hotels blur the line between a large room and a suite like this. What exactly *is* a junior suite?!
Vdara Hotel & Spa is an all-suites hotel conveniently located right in the heart of the Las Vegas.

Yes. If you stay using the Cat 1-4 free night award earned from the Brand Explorer that will count as your first stay (assuming your stay is within the promo period).
