Spring 2023 Global promotion - 3k points for 2 nights starting with 2nd stay (ended)

4/22 - Activation stay
4/24-4/29 - Stay (5 nights earned 6,000 points)
5/7 - 5/9 Stay (2 nights earned 3,000 points)
That tally to me is 7 nights then I had the Luxor stay post on 6/5, but the actual stay date was 5/24 for 1 night.
Multiple agents including MHC keep saying since it was a one night stay it doesn’t qualify. So not sure how to respond as all of the promo info has been scrubbed from Hyatt.com.

FWIW, my 6 nights for 9,000 points were earned with 1 night in Albuquerque, 1 night in Dallas, 3 nights in Orlando, and 1 more night in Albuquerque

I just double checked and I got all the points I expected, but on June 15, 2023 I had a 'Bonus Journeys Adjustment' of 3,000 points posted. The only thing I can figure is I had a stay that ended on March 20, 2023 that didn't count as my first stay before, but maybe they decided to count it because there was some confusion/changes related to the start date? I got some other 2,000 point bonus on that stay so I figured it wouldn't count towards more than one promotion.

Same here. I saw an extra 3.000 points with no description listed, but figured it much be the bonus that I too was also meaning to call about, but hadn't gotten around to.
