I also dont see anything that prohibits triple nights for staying at an all inclusive with the current promo...

Was it the number on the back of the card? I tried twice and they are telling me to call Hyatt instead.

If it is at all helpful, the person who responded to me when I asked something similar with my IHG card, introduced herself as "a Partner Rewards Escalations Specialist"

The person went on to say the follow:

"We do not market the ability to change any sign-up offer, because not all offers can be removed or added after application. The offer you are requesting is not available for matching. It is received via direct application only. As a result, we cannot add the offer to your account."

She specifically states that not ALL offers can be, so some clearly can be. Perhaps send a SM, and politely ask if the person reviewing cannot help if they can escalate it to a Partner Rewards Escalations Specialist. My initial response was a straight no, when I asked to escalate it, I got a much more detailed response and explanation,

Yes, just the number on the back of the card and I spoke with the first CSR who answered with no escalations needed. All I said was I noticed the additional bonus for new cardmembers and asked politely if it could be added to my card since it had only been about two weeks since I was approved.

I suppose it's possible it didn't actually get added to my account, but the only way to know that for sure is to stay somewhere and my next booked reservation isn't until September.

I would think award nights with points do apply but Free Night Awards don't apply because of this language "The Tier-Qualifying Nights earned are not Free Night Awards." Please correct me if you interpret this differently.

My understanding here is that they are just saying that you aren't earning double free night certificates for your stays.

I would say award nights+free night certificates would count because they earn tier-qualifying nights. They would have to be explicitly excluded, or the terms would say "paid nights only"

I just noticed that the refer-a-friend link for the WOH Business card does not contain the 2 Tier-Qualifying Night credits. Only the general link contains the verbiage.

I was trying to use my friend's "refer-a-friend" link but had the same problem. Also I was trying to do it on Firefox, but I didn't see the offer. I guess I have an adblocker on my firefox....

FYI - Finally got a 4th rep who said they would put in the request to apply the offer to my account but it'll probably be denied. Said I'll get a letter in the mail. Guess we'll find out!

I called yesterday and was declined by the CSR, asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was further declined. I called back today and the CSR transferred me to World of Hyatt who declined me. I called the privacy preferences line to opt-out of information sharing (888-868-8618) and the line was answered by an "escalation specialist" so I asked her about the offer after she updated my privacy preferences. She put in a written request and I'll get a letter in the mail within 7 business days of their decision. So, this phone line may be a nice little hack to get to a higher-up immediately.

My take is that if a points award previously counted as an elite qualifying night, then this promo should as well. Unless it explicitly states they are not.

But since I am over 5/24, I don't see much chance in me able to take advantage of this 😢

I'm thinking about taking the dive for this card as I have some stays coming up and am concerned about requalification.

How quickly can I get the card or a card number? I've got a few bigger purchases coming up.
