Quick question. I currently have 10 nights during this promotion period. I will have 2 more nights checking in on May 31st and checking out on June 2nd. Will that June 1-2 stay, on the same reservation give me the 12th night for the additional 3000 bonus?

Thanks

It won't as the HGP posts points on the checkout day. At best you can hope to have one of those nights count and only after talking with the customer service.

Recently had a third night in the promotion period - how long does it take for the bonus points to post?

It should post immediately with the points from your stay.

Well not quite immediately - but with the next account sweep which should occur quite frequently - at least once a day.

... and you're surprised? summer is usually a high travel season.

I suspect we wont see a bonus until 9/1 -> EOY as seems to be the norm.

Hyatt historically taken breaks between "significant" promos.

I will end up with 26 nights during this promotion, providing some 24,000 in Points. Just one more night would have given me 27,000 - but I physically don't think I can pull off another night between now and May 31.

anyway, I understand from peteropny, that Hyatt will probably take a "break" between promotions, hope the break is short - this has been a good one. Similar to the SPG promotion "power Up" in Q1 of this year. I think that one was if you stayed 16 nights, 20k in points was awarded (500 per night up to 16, then 10k Bonus) - I did this and nice deal.

Because the CSRs are tired from people calling to have stays/points added to their accounts.
