Sorry to interrupt the rant thread on the lack of an Hyatt credit card in every imaginable non-USA country and the injustice this brings upon the world...

Will a stay 2/28-3/1 count for this promo?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the answer is "no".
Only a night starting on 3/1
but the good thing is, a night ending on 6/1 will count.

Correct - I will edit the first post to note this common question.

Interesting; in former years Gold used the check out date for receiving credit for an eligible stay. AFAIR, Hyatt associates did adjust FFN credits for a stay beginning on the last day on request.

I understand there is some confusion of which date is used to receive credit for an eligible stay. Several posters were correct, as the Hyatt Gold Passport program does use the check-out date of the stay. Therefore, for the members that have a stay on December 31, 2007, the stay will count toward their status in the 2008 year.

I hope this has brought clarification to your concerns. Thank you for your continued support of the Hyatt Gold Passport program.

Sincerely,

New Bonus Points Promotion March 1, 2013 - May 31, 2013

Im currently staying on a long term stay at a Hyatt property and will be here until mid April.

In regards to the GP promotion where you gain bonus points every 3 nights for nights between March 1, 2013 - May 31, 2013

Would I be eligible to do this with my current stay (check-in Feb) or would I require a sperate booking to check in on March 1st to gain the bonus points.

All help and advice is greatly appreciated

if you've registered for the promo, there should be no need to do or change anything.

Does anyone know if this promotion is retroactive back to the beginning of the promo period? I just saw this promo today and signed up. However, I had a 4 nights last week where I stayed with Hyatt. Will I get credit for the 4 nights already stayed?

It should be - as long as you signed up prior to the deadline (4/30/13)/

Is there anywhere that you can confirm your promotion enrollment status with Hyatt? I don't see my enrollment status anywhere on Hyatt.com and I have never received a confirmation email.

You could just try to enroll again to be safe.

When in doubt, that's my method. It's like hitting the elevator button over and over again when the light's burned out.

Didn't the resulting webpage say you were enrolled?

I don't think anybody gets a confirmation e-mail for promotion registrations.
