Change that to BAD for Business... I don't know of any other website I frequently do business on that is down this often.

SPG gives an online booking bonus when their call center is jammed. Maybe Hyatt should introduce 2K bonus points when the website is down and you have to book over the phone?

This happens so often, at least they could set up an international toll-free number to call for reservations.

They do seem to have toll free numbers from most countries, but I despise having to use the phone... I like to see what the rates and other options are. Something I'm not really getting when calling.
And also not very useful when checking reservations. Still nothing showing in my account 7 hours later.... into the e-mails I guess for the info.

The crack IT team probably never saw it coming. :D Seriously, anybody else having issues also pulling invoices for prior stays? Doing my expense report this morning and cannot pull up any prior stays. It just says something about and error with the PDF file name or the like. Rather frustrating in addition to wanting to be sure my stay for tonight is set without having to call.
