Same error for me.. Trying to give Hyatt some money right now, but it's tough when the website is always down :rolleyes:

At least they've put up a landing page now that tells us the site is down.

For the next upcoming stay I booked the Hilton Chicago instead
163 per night is a great deal with suite upgrades and breakfast
I doubt Hyatt would have anything similar accept at the airport
and there are no promotions

Same here. Want to book a room in downtown Seattle for tonight and I hope the website will be up soon. If not, I'll go for the Hilton. How can the website be down for over three (3!!!) hours?

One can always call Hyatt reservations however
In my case I like the transparency when comparing the Hyatt site, call center
and third party sites.
The third party sites were a number of times this year considerably cheaper than Hyatt.com
I especially use 3rd party sites when booking Hyatt or other hotel company if there are no promotions present.

I would call the Diamond line, but I'm in the UK, and 800 calls from my iPhone are $$$.. Would be nice if the website worked so I could get my simple tasks done..

Seriously, you guys need to find a better IT provider.

Hyatt is giving me huge headaches today. I was in the process of a successful BRG claim, when they claimed that because the site was down (even though they confirmed the higher Hyatt.com price at the beginning of the call), they can't do a BRG.

It really makes you wonder what kind of poor legacy IT infrastructure their site is built on...you never see Starwood or Fairmont or Hilton go down nearly this often.
