anyone else with the same problems? TO ALL WHOSE RESERVATIONS WERE MISSING I spoke too soon last time. I was told they found the problem and had corrected it. That was true, but apparently they hadn't corrected the underllying problem and the situation with the inability to see existing reservations on multiple channels came back. The IT team reports they found the cause, fixed it, and have released the fix to production. Sorry for the inconvenience. |

I had the exact same problem but chalked it up to Hyatt's reputation for bad IT and gave up. I called in and spoke to one of the most cheerful phone representatives I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to (from any company) and she posted the points immediately.
I do agree it's frustrating that Hyatt has such a poor and unreliable web presence, but I am glad they more than make up for it on the phone. I duplicated the problem and have reported it. I'll let you know when this has been fixed. |

More website issues. This is what I get when I try to go to www.hyatt.com:
JBoss Online Resources JBoss Documentation JBoss Wiki JBoss JIRA JBoss Forums JBoss Management Tomcat status (full) (XML) JMX Console JBoss Web Console JBoss™ Application Server |
Yeah , I've been trying to make a reservation for a few hours ...
anyway, the upside of not being about to view the hyatt website is that I get to try out a new hotel , I've got a few nights booked at Millennium Biltmore in LA , should be nice ... |
Seems to be back up now.
|
spoke too soon. I can access Hyatt sites, but everytime I try to make a reservation, I get an error
|
As others (myself included) have mentioned, I have never seen a company's website have such bad performance.
I'm not getting the "jboss" error, yet again. |
The website is down again.

Down again :td:
"Service Temporarily Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later." Calling the Diamond line, I got a recording that their systems are down.. Oops. |
Having serious issues right now... can't see my reservations, repeated error messages trying to confirm a reservation...
