My future reservations have disappeared...
...more than 30 of them. (They were there, yesterday, and I just received a one-week reminder of an upcoming stay; so, I do not believe that the reservations have been cancelled--just not showing up on the website.) Is anyone else experiencing this phenomenon?

I can't even get the signup for a GP account to work. I fill out the form and get an error message. I have been trying for like a week now!

Been trying to make a reservation online for a 7 day stay in Napa at the Andaz... the Hyatt website is impossible... keeps logging me out or when I select the rate and click to compete the reservation a blank screen comes up. I"ve have been trying for the past 3 hours... will stay at a NON-HYATT. Hello Hotel Yountville!!!

Today I received a one week advance reminder for a reservation that I had canceled months ago, and doesn't show up in my Hyatt reservation list. Gotta check with the hotel now to see what's up...

AMAZING... unsuccessfully for the past several hours I have been trying to make a online reservation at the Napa Andaz, SF Grand Hyatt and Monterey Hyatt... I tried calling the Diamond Line to make the reservation at 1-800-400-2261 and they are closed... NO MESSAGE TO CALL A GENERAL RESERVATION NUMBER... just we are closed... and then the line goes DEAD. I can see why many hotel real-estate investors are dumping the HYATT name... this is BS!

This is so incredible. It's about the 5th time in 2012 it has happened while I'm on Hyatt.com It happened again at 1:30 p.m Pacific time while I was in the process of making three more reservations. I think one went through, but can't verify until the website is up again. Almost 6 hours later it's still down. Ironically, as I initiated the first I got a website survey - needless to say it got almost a zero from me so far as reliability.
Really, Hyatt has to get real and have a BIG shakeup in its IT department. I sometimes wonder if the same people run the British Airways site, which I believe is being operated by a 4th grade elementary school class. In both cases it appears that no one is ever accountable and no one at the corporate level ever cares - or it wouldn't ever go on for month after month and year after year, and with no explanation to the users. I love Hyatt otherwise - they really treat me so nicely. |
