When viewing invoices, sometimes the wrong one pops up..
I'm not sure if the website error is a result of a scanning error, or a computer error. No big deal.. its a great feature to have, even if it works 80% of the time. |
Ok.. I've got quite a few funny ones on my Mobile App..
I've got two reservations for Coconut Point (supposed to be one reservation, but ok, a suite shows two reservations which I'm fine with).. with different dates. One is December 17-20, and the other is December 17-22. The December 17-22 is correct. I check on the website and my reservation is still 17-22 for the room I booked, and a second connecting suite parlour. So I assume I'm fine and don't have to call in and verify. Grand Cypress is showing January 4-8 on my mobile app, but that reservation has been cancelled. My dates are showing across 4 reservations correctly, and 1 reservation incorrectly. I've updated my iPhone5 to the latest app and os. GHK is still showing three reservations of 3 weeks on the iPhone5.. I see on the system there is one reservation, with the other 2 for some reason or another cancelled.. probably because I was never meant to have 3 rooms at GHK. |

I am experiencing the same issue. Any reservations made since early October are not displaying on Hyatt.com. However, phone agents see all reservations in their system. Modifications to reservations made before early October still display, even when the date is changed.
I first reported this issue to Hyatt on October 5 and then again 10 days ago through my personal line rep who says they took screenshots of what is showing when logged into my account on the website and sent it to Hyatt IT in Chicago. So far nothing has changed and I have had to resort to tracking reservations in my calendar (I have over 100 upcoming reservations).

I think these issues are sporatic and affect particular accounts for some strange reason. I had a problem with online checkout for 3 months, but no one else complained. It seemed to be isolated to my account. Thankfully it has been resolved after numerous complaints. All of my reservations for the next year are showing up at goldpassport.com - some made many months ago and some made in the last few days.
I find this happens with Fairmont as well.. Late night techies probably working on the computer. This was mentioned to me by the FPC Platinum Line, and a few times by the Hyatt Diamond Line. Often, they request for me to call back in the morning, or they'll handle the reservation and contact me once completed. |
SORRY, WE'RE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST.
Website currently down. I think it's astonishing that there is a thread dedicated to this. Invest in IT Hyatt. |
I guess Hyatt is busy loading in the new award point levels all the hotels in the SF Bay Area are coming up with no availability for the next three weeks. Would be a nice plus if Hyatt would improve it's online service it's worse than the ObamaCare website.
