Haha, no it does it quite frequently and randomly, says I need to call, I'm not gonna call, but it's working now.

I have a slightly different problem. Sometimes, maybe usually certain evenings, my password is stored in the login but my user name isn't. When I enter my user name, I can't seem to log in. However, if I put in my GP#, it'll login. This happens about every week or so. However, if I can't login through my user name, and I don't bother logging in, a few days later i'll automatically be able to login with my user name again.

500 Error
 
Logged in and made one reservation at Hyatt.com. Went back to make a second reservation and received the following (Using IE 8). Looks a bit like the authentication is timing out (quite possible as it was a several minutes before I went back to make the second reservation) and the application isn't handling the error very well.

Passport plus is popping up erratically when an award room is unavailable, and then cannot be booked. I found this when checking for space at the PH Vendome. I've checked for space there a number of times; this is the first time the Passport Plus page surfaced.

Hotel Links in My Reservations not Functional
 
When viewing My Reservations on Goldpassport.com, each reservation has a link to that particular hotel. For quite some time, those links have not worked.

Also, on Hyatt.com, I get those 500 exception errors referenced in post #35 all the time. If I get interrupted while making a reservation, it times out.

Can't Access Folios
 
I thought this issue had been resolved, but I still cannot access folios from Account Activity on Goldpassport.com.

Hey dealdetective my name is Brock and I am one of the new gold passport concierges. I will look into the issue of not being able to view your folio's online. From what I have heard is if the stay was manually posted (having to call in and have it posted by a rep) you will not be able to view the folio online. Also, I know that some people who have mozilla firefox for a web browser have been able to view their folios. I will dig deeper into this issue and get back to you as soon as I find out the most up to date information.

Thanks, Brock, and welcome! It doesn't seem to matter what browser I use or whether the stay was posted manually or automatically. I get the following message for all my stays:

Your Folio is not currently available.

Seems that whenever I modify a reservation, for any reason, my GP# is always removed from the reservation. It disappears from My Reservations page and then I have to add it back by adding the GP#.
