Was contacted by Hyatt E Commerce rep about my iphone app problems. I appreciate the followup.

Its not a big deal on the app.. as I understand my reservations. I haven't had a problem yet checking in and not getting what I booked.

Dana, thanks.

I just logged in again, and I still do not see the 6 reservations for Sep. I only see 3 res that were made earlier for Oct and Nov.

I can pull up the missing 6 with my credit card number, but I cannot get them to "stick" under my reservations in the GP account.

I have also been trying to reach out to my PL agent (RM) regarding this, and a couple of other things, but haven't had any response from him either.... Is he still in the same role?

This is happening on my windows laptop, my iPad on safari and my iPhone app.

I think I'm seeing the same problem. I have made several reservations in the past few days, none of which are showing up on the website or on the mobile app. Is there a bigger issue?

All, check the thread a few posts down, Hyatt Reservations Disappearing. This was confirmed to me as known issue that is currently being worked on.
I had 20 disappear after booking..and if I hear the suggestion of closing your browser or clearing your cache one more time I may blow a fuse. I'm sure most of us on here have multiple devices and have tried all avenues...log in, log out, reboot etc. this issue has nothing to do with our booking devices and everything to do with Hyatt's Res System.
After reading this thread, it appears these problems seemed to have existed before I found it with my account on Saturday. Again frustrating reading above that Hyatt Web Support and the Hyatt Lurkers on FlyerTalk don't seem to be aware of the issue?
You'd think an internal email to Web Support and CS Staff saying yes this is a known problem we are working on it, would prevent them me and others from having to spend hours on the phone trying to diagnose or solve something already in the works.

With this recent discussion, made me wonder if I had the same issues? So I logged in both on my app and online and my reservations are all there.. although I booked all suites, and each reservation seems to have multiple reservations made for the room. Hyatt has contacted me, and I've passed on the information.. so that's great that they are looking into it.

I don't think its that much of a deal, so long as my reservation doesn't drop out of sight off the system. Seems the multiple reservations may be connection rooms, or a 3 week reservation turned into 3 seperate reservations for the same duration of time.. I noticed a 1 week reservation, turned into 2 reservations.. At least both the website and the app is showing the same # of reservations.. so its all coming from one source.

Does anyone else use Chrome? My ability to log in to goldpassport.com has always been spotty using Chrome, but for the past few weeks I can't even check rates on hyatt.com. Each time, after entering the city and dates, rather than show me rates it brings me to the generic check/modify reservations page. But then if I switch to Firefox or Safari, it always works, so it does seem to be browser specific.

I've been unable to connect to the website for the past 2 hours using either Firefox or IE. Anyone else having this problem?

Same here. It doesn't seem to be a browser specific issue. Seems like a domain name resolution issue of some sort. Some proxies allow you to connect, some don't...
