Yea there is a "buy by" date.
Have to own a home as well as combined income of 120k.

Also required to sit through 90 mins of timeshare sales pitch.

Resort fee is included.
Offer valid for one year from date of purchase.

Seems like a really good deal to me.
There are some reviews of this on tripadvisor it seems.

But no plans to go to Maui anytime soon...

No. From the offer letter I received ... "Due to the special nature of this offer, we are unable to offer World of Hyatt member benefits ..."

2,500 extra points for every 5 nights accumulated at HR or GHs this summer (June 1-August 31. Must register by July 15)

A bit weak, but easy enough to pick up

(I have 17 HR/GH nights already planned, I'll gladly take the 7500 points).

i have 9 nights in July and August. Switched the last night of our vacation from an HP at MIA airport to the HR to get 10 nights. Worth while. But not that generous of a promotion. Will get me 5k points only.

I value the bonus at $8.50 per night. The amount is small, yet just enough to make it worthwhile to switch 10 nights to HR in July.

Newest promo offers 2 tier-qualifying nights for each night stay at an Andaz. I like this one, and have a few stays coming up, so I'm moving them from Grand Hyatt to the Andaz, even though the other promo (2,500 points) is running concurrently.

Your nights at Andaz hotels now count twice toward earning tier status.
Now, all your qualifying nights at Andaz hotels and resorts July 1 to August 31, 2018, count twice toward earning tier status. Achieve Globalist status faster, so you can enjoy benefits such as room upgrades, up to standard suites; Club lounge access, including breakfast; 30% Bonus Points on qualifying purchases; and much more.
Plan your unscripted getaway today with this rewarding offer. Find yourself surrounded by the spirit of aloha at The Feast of the Mokapu luau at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort or become immersed in the vibrant creative fabric of East London at Andaz London Liverpool Street. With each Andaz hotel and resort designed to embody the eclectic culture of its neighborhood, you’ll revel in authentic experiences and leave feeling inspired.

Seems like brand-specific offers are a new thing. The latest is get $50 dining credit for 2-nights at participating Grand Hyatts:

It requires you to book with a special promotion code (GHC50). I already have a booking for a Grand Hyatt next month, so it makes sense to investigate this super-special offer.

Member rate = 204 per night
Special Offer Rate = 239 per night

Thus the Special Offer costs $70 extra, and you get a $50 dining certificate which is valid only in the crappy hotel restaurant, while some of the top dining spots in the world are within walking distance.

Conclusion: Hyatt allows their marketing department to come to work drunk and/or high.

Do the 2,500 bonus points post when you hit the 5th night? Or you need to wait for a sweep to occur before they will post?

I like this promo too and have moved some nights to the Andaz 5th Avenue and the Andaz San Diego. I will also be booking the Andaz Scottsdale soon too.

Does anyone know when the double nights will be posted? My stays at the Andaz 5th Avenue and the Andaz San Diego are showing only 1 qualifying stay night being credited.

The T&Cs say "two to three weeks". I'm past that and my points haven't posted.
