When booked on points transfers from/to BOB are not included and are extra charge?

I can’t remember if there’s one in the bathroom specifically but there is definitely 110v in the room for use.

Like for paying for room upgrades in advance or such? I did that and got the credit 3 days later.

I was quoted 95,840 xpf from St Regis for a transfer from Conrad to their resort. This seems ridiculous. What are my other best options?

Take the free shared Conrad shuttle to Vaitape and see if StR have similar. Basically switch between instead of direct, private and expensive transfer
