But expect to provide proof that you can use it.

Apparently all hotels are now asking for proof.

proof of what? absolutely not true.

the only code that REQUIRES proof is AAA, because you don't need a corporate code, you just tick "AAA rate" and then they want to see membership card when you check in.

all the other rates are never checked to the best of my knowledge and not only have I just about used them all over the years, I stayed using a corp code last night.

The public service rate is being checked. Fact. Maybe not all hotels, but they are in the UK.

The company specific ones may also get checked.

Strange. I work in the public sector an have been using the code for the last 5 years. I have never been asked for proof of employment which includes stays this year 😯

Please provide specific examples, rather than a vague warning that is not helpful. If you have experienced this issue with specific company codes, then please indicate here; if not, then please edit your post so that it is not misleading.

Hilton or Conrad Singapore

Any of you have a corporate code for the Hilton or Conrad Singapore? Siemmens used to work in the past to aorund S$170, but no longer works.

Staying for two weeks out of my pocket and the usual codes don't work (or reduce the price minimally, to around S$230)...

Any help is greatly appreciated it.

So, if I see this correctly, there is no working code for Europe at the moment, right? (except for Public sector where you sometimes need ID).

I'm looking for a code for one of the Hilton properties in Vienna next week.

That would be my impression, Corporate benefit still works for some properties, but often means a higher price.

Well, then I have to bite the bullet.
I've chosen the Vienna Plaza, hope I've made the right choice.
