This "customer profiles unavailable" business happened to me at the same time last month, and started happening again all day today.

True, but that would imply that the HH IT dept: 1. Knows what the issue is, and 2. Knows how to fix it. I think in this case neither 1 or 2 are actually known.

same problem here. cannot log into my account and cannot book via mobile website (it won't even allow me to enter info, just says mobile website isnt available). hiltonfamilymvp.com is down too. looks like the only way to book for me is a third party like hotels.com. need a ressie for tomorrow eve. 24 hours down Hilton? really?!?

Can't edit or view existing res at the moment, and assume I can't make new ones, either.
Why is it that any time I need to actually interact with a res, the site is down?!
HHonors.com does more "maintenance" than any travel-related site I use, hands-down. You know, usually you stage most of your updates to a production site onto a separate system and just switch the prod ones over when ready--at worst, you still stage your updates so that your prod site is down for minutes at most.
