Three recent stays in June - the Garden Inns in both Markham and Cambridge posted within 2 days. ^ St John Hilton took around 10 days. :td:

I just stayed at Hilton London Ontario & points posted 50 hours later (2 days after checkout in the afternoon.)

Points from our stays at the ES in Niagara Falls never took more then four days to post, usually faster then that. FF miles from those stays are usually in my airline account within two weeks.

Usually about 1 week. After two, I fill out a missing stay request

Within a week of stay, maximum usually within 2 - 3 days.

Do you not need to wait 3 weeks to fill out a missing stay request. Is there some secret way to do it earlier. I have 2 stays that have not posted. One from Hilton Omaha and the other from Embassy Suites Tysons Corner.

Stays posting w/o Points 12/29+30?
 

I had two Hhonors stays, on 12/29 and 12/30, which have posted to my account, but curiously neither one shows any points or miles associated with the stays........ Anyone else with recent stays encounter this anomaly? I'll wait to call the Diamond Desk until later next week, hoping it will fix itself, which sometimes happens.....

same thing happened to me, i thought it was because i signed up for the 5/10/15 promo, but i guess that's not it. I dont want to ruffle feathers just yet so i'll just wait a few more days.

My stay on the 28th (HGI - Everett, WA) posted with points, but the HI -Bellingham the following night is missing points/miles. Recall this happening last summer and I called the Diamond Desk, which fixed it on the spot. A day or two later a number of people on FT started noticing the same thing, and those who took a passive approach had their points automatically posted after about a week.

Hilton Paris(25-26), Hilton ADT(27-28) were posted with no points/miles. I recalled same thing happened to me last July for a HGI stay, but points were credited to me automatically a week later. So I will give it another week.

I had the same thing happen to me over Thanksgiving - gave the Diamond Desk a call last month and got it resolved. Today, I had the same problem for my stay ending 12/30, so I decided to do the cHHat now option available to Diamonds on the website. The agent indicated that month end processing is occurring and that a batch update should occur today or tomorrow and to wait for the update to proceed for the points and miles to post.

Misssing Stay Update
 

I had a stay in late November to early December that did not credit. I figured it was lost. I followed the advice and contacted the Diamond Desk via CChat and guess what? The stay will be updated by tomorrow. Here is the text from the Diamond Desk:


I apologize for any inconvenience. The stay was incorrectly categorized as an ineligible stay. I have updated the stay and credited should appear after today Central Standard Time.

Same thing happened with a stay on December 28-30 that I just had. Stay and night credits posted, but zero points. I'm going to wait it out a week or so before calling. It was an award stay with about $15 of incidentals on the bill, so it's not a lot of points but I will contact Hilton if the points don't post within a week or two.

Stays the 12/28 and 12/29 posted, with no points yet. I'm not going to worry about it or call for a week or more. This was happening a lot at the end of November too, but points finally posted a few days after the stays did - maybe it's going to be a usual thing for end of the month stays :rolleyes:
