Low millage (less than 2K) decked out Ford Escape w/ SAT radio. The best was 2 people ahead of me had to wait for cars, my packet was ready and waiting for me when my turn came.

Has anyone on here rented from PVD since they added Ultimate Choice? Just booked my first Hertz rental from Providence for the end of June and am curious what kind of cars they typically have. Will post a "What to Expect" thread when I get there.

Rented one recently, and it was ok, but wanted something with a little more leg room. They had a black Charger GT (F) by the booth I was able to take.

I'm sure they consider this an "upgrade" but an 8 person SUV when it was just me and my laptop bag and weekend bag was not much fun. I drove 55 miles and had to put nearly six gallons of gas in it too.

The airport only has a handful of flights per day, when I arrived I was the only customer on the entire plane renting from Hertz. 5 cars on the lot: A Fiat 500, a Peugeot 2008, two utility vans and the C4 Cactus I was assigned.
the car only had 790km on it, and nice interior, but handles poorly on the road...well, for 58€ for 4 days I can't complain much! :-)

Received: I 2019 Chrysler 300s 3.6 with PA plates and 1,200 miles on the odometer. Pretty basic trim, but still nicely appointed and working Sirius/XM. I picked up the car the Friday after the 4th of July and the station was horribly oversold with only two compact cars left after I picked up my car. I am glad I made my reservation for earlier in the day!

Just got Hertz PC and next week collect my first rental, 2 weeks in MAD (Madrid Airport) for vacation
I'm told its a main Hertz location, and have a decent car (4x4 Wagon) reserved at a good price.
but... what should I do - just wander the PC area selection and pick what I want if I see something better?
not really sure - first time at PC level.
